E-Sign Consent

Sovetta Technologies LLC Version 1.1 — Effective July 3, 2026

This Consent to Electronic Records and Signatures ("E-Sign Consent") covers your relationship with Sovetta Technologies LLC. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service.

1. Your Consent

By accepting this E-Sign Consent, clicking "I agree," or using the Platform, you agree that:

• Electronic signatures bind you. Clicking a button or checkbox indicating agreement (such as "I agree" on the acceptance page) constitutes your electronic signature, with the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and applicable state law (UETA).
• Electronic records replace paper. All agreements, policies, notices, disclosures, receipts, and other communications between you (and the Customer organization you represent) and Sovetta may be provided electronically — on the Platform, at the pages under /legal/, or by e-mail to the address associated with your seat — and satisfy any requirement that they be "in writing."
• Acceptance records are evidence. When you accept a document electronically, we record the document and its exact version, your username, the date and time, your IP address, and your browser identifier. These records are retained in an append-only log and constitute evidence of your agreement.

2. Hardware and Software Requirements

To receive and retain electronic records you need: a current web browser with cookies enabled; a valid e-mail address; an internet connection; a device capable of viewing PDF and HTML documents; and either a printer or storage to keep copies. By accepting, you confirm you have these capabilities.

3. Copies of Documents

Every legal document is available at any time at the Platform's Legal Center, including its version and effective date, and each page offers a print/save-as-PDF option. You may request a paper or electronic copy of any document you accepted — including the specific version you accepted and your acceptance record — by e-mailing [email protected]; we will provide it at no charge.

4. Keeping Your E-mail Current

You are responsible for maintaining a valid e-mail address with your seat. Update it through your account settings or by contacting your administrator. Notices sent to the e-mail on file are effective even if you no longer use that address.

5. Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw this consent by e-mailing [email protected] (subject: "Withdraw E-Sign Consent"). Because the Platform is delivered entirely electronically, withdrawing consent will end your access to the Platform — electronic acceptance of its governing documents is a condition of use. Withdrawal does not affect the validity of records and signatures made before it takes effect. There is no fee to withdraw.
